Tecolote Canyon Golf Course offers instruction for students of all ages and levels who want to enhance their golf skills and strategy amidst the coastal beauty of San Diego. Tecolote Canyon Golf Course’s extensive and well-lit practice facility provides the optimal setting for perfecting every aspect of your game in a controlled and focused environment. Tune your swing at our 300-yard, 30-station driving range, with 15 all-grass teeing areas and 15 mat stations. The grass stations are open seven days a week. You can also sharpen your short game on our excellent putting green, chipping green, and practice bunker.
We offer instruction for men, women, and groups of all abilities, including junior golf clinics, taught by our seasoned teaching professionals. From golf fundamentals and fine-tuning to on-course instruction in strategy and shot selection, we’ll customize a curriculum tailored to your individualized needs.

Tecolote Canyon Golf Course hosts three different clubs on the course: the Men’s Club meets every Sunday morning, with tee times starting at 7:00 a.m.; the Ladies’ Club meets every Monday morning, with tee times starting at 8:00 a.m.; and the Royal and Ancient Golf Club meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with tee times starting at 9:00 a.m. These clubs are an opportunity to build friendships and camaraderie with others passionate about golf.
